We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Elvora Gems. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your item within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or we made an error.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7‑10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the credit.
Shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, style, or metal, please initiate a return as described above and place a new order. We will process the refund for the original item upon receipt.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
For international orders, return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure you mark the package as “Return of Goods” to avoid additional import charges.
All Elvora Gems jewelry comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. For warranty claims, please contact our customer service team with proof of purchase and photographs of the issue.
