1. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Elvora Gems. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your item within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility

• Items must be in original condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of any damage.
• All original packaging, tags, and certificates must be included.
• Custom‑made or personalized items (e.g., engraved jewelry) are non‑returnable unless defective.
• Final sale items are not eligible for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our customer support team at info.elvoragems@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
3. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide you with a return shipping label.
4. Pack the item securely, include the RMA number inside the package, and ship it back to the address provided.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or we made an error.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7‑10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the credit.

Shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, style, or metal, please initiate a return as described above and place a new order. We will process the refund for the original item upon receipt.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

6. International Returns

For international orders, return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure you mark the package as “Return of Goods” to avoid additional import charges.

7. Warranty

All Elvora Gems jewelry comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. For warranty claims, please contact our customer service team with proof of purchase and photographs of the issue.
